More likely she was afraid that having cameras on the premises would make her liable for a lawsuit somehow. She's a raging paranoid over two matters: 1) that someone might sue her and 2) that people use too much water. (So paranoid, in fact, that she put caps on the outside spigots used for hosing down the atrium so people wouldn't water their plants. We all converted to watering cans, thank you very much.)
