You're making me hungry and it is only 10:46am. Breakfast was only 30 minutes, so my tumbly has no reason to be rumbly, but those empanadas....sound delish! Yum!

The spinach ones were marvelous, if I do say so myself. The chicken ones less interesting. I meant to do mushrooms with them but forgot to buy them and didn't want to go to the store, so...
