Ah, this reminds me of the famous fall of Naomi Campbell 1993 in Paris http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jHFSzgh1YQ0, wearing the famous 9inch-heels. I once saw these stunning shoes at a Westwood retrospective. They were displayed on a black velvet pillar & looked like a sacred artefact from outer space.

Ah, fashion. They are sacred objects, I suppose, looked at in a certain light. Of vanity? Ego? Of Life in the Moment? I don't know.
