I'm very happy with our Big Brother health care system in Denmark. GPs, specialists, hospitals, private hospitals etc. everything is streamlined and gathered in one place.
I do wish they would send me all my meds, though! I can order those from the pharmacy to be delivered, but not the Gilenya, which I have to pick up at the hospital. Hopefully this will change when the new hospital opens, but there's no telling. There doesn't seem to be any logic to which hospitals will send and which won't.
