This quote is often misattributed to Joseph Goebbels. I guess people figure quoting that Nazi isn't as offensive as quoting the Chief Nazi.
Also: I would like to thank the Universe for bringing this quote randomly to the surface of my quote file at this particular point in the election cycle.
