Things you should know about Google Buzz

If you have a gmail account, you've been automatically enrolled in Google Buzz, but there are some privacy issues you should know about (if you don't already). Apparently, it makes your contact list public and has other creepy invasive stuff going on. Those are the defaults.

To turn this creepfest off, go into your Settings and deselect the public options. You have to go into each gmail account and turn off the default public option.

And I thought Facebook was bad.
