The walls breathe
Apr. 12th, 2010 10:10 amFrom the notebooks, July 5, 1989:
The walls breathe
with the ebb and flow
of the universe
each centimeter
of each brick
composed of billions
of miniscule bodies
holding hands.
and if one of those bodies
should loose its grip,
the brick, the wall
would disintegrate
and reveal itself
for the shadow thing
it truly is,
and all things
would show that
they are no more
that what we think,
that we ourselves
are no more
than what we think,
and that God
is no more
than what is everything.
