and thus the post caused me to google Picasso's Guernica and learn about it and the little sidenote about how they covered the tapestry at the UN when Powell was talking about how we had to invade Iraq and now I am thinking, "wow" I'm glad I have fliends (ljfriends?) to keep me cued about pop culture and such.
and then I nodded at how wise you were with the trick 'em with the silly because a lot of people get their news from SNL and the Daily Show and the like and that is certainly working for them.
