1. The person (or persons) who passed the baton to you.
So
kmkibble75 tagged me on this one.
2. Total volume of music files on your computer.
121.1 MB - Not much, really. Downloading from dialup is a pain.
3. The title and artist of the last CD you bought.
Let It Die by Feist (What a voice! Part torch, part punk, part disco, part French...)
4. Song playing at the moment of writing.
The theme to Extreme Makeover Home Edition, I'm afraid. Weep, weep.
5. Five songs you have been listening to of late (or all-time favorites, or particularly personally meaningful songs)
I've been inundating myself with sixties music for The Novel, so I got a lot of those endlessly cycling through my head (whether I want them there or not). Sometimes my life sounds like the soundtrack for Apocalypse Now. The ones most frequently driving me crazy:
♣ The Crystal Ship by the Doors
♣ I Had Too Much to Dream Last Night by the Electric Prunes
♣ Time of the Season by The Zombies
Also cycling a lot, though not because of the sixties (actually, it was a Simpson's episode that did this to me):
♣ The Summer Wind by Frank Sinatra
And just 'cuz:
♣ Gatekeeper; Mushaboom; Lonely Lonely; When I Was A Young Girl by Feist (Sorry. I'm basically in the "I'm in love" stage with this CD. I could have listed them all.)
6. The five victims people to whom you will 'pass the musical baton.'
Assuming they have not already been hit...
frigg (Are you feeling like the designated victim?)
melinda_goodin (Turn about is fair play)
sollersuk (Something Wagnerian?)
Miquela. >;-)
Anyone else who wishes to be tagged.
