The last time I did any writing was the day that my mother got so sick. But my psyche has started to itch, so I thought maybe I should get back to the story. I haven't written any new words, but I did go back a couple of chapters from where I left off to reread and see if I could sink back into the dream. I may have to reread from a bit further back to do that, but I cleaned up chapter 19 some—which is why my word total is a day less than when I last posted my words. It felt good, real good.

And let this be an encouragement to me to get back to it.

I've been feeling extremely cranky of late, and just yesterday, while driving along, out of sorts as I worried over my latest bout of snappishness to a perfect stranger, I wondered if part of the problem is that I'm not writing and haven't been for...sheesh, I don't even know how long.

I'm going to do see if I can remedy that today.

Sometimes I think I suffer from psychic asthma or perphaps pyschic apnea...Some kind of pyschic breathing disorder, anyhow.
