Thanks. Back in the day (10-12 years ago now) I used to do some low-level metalsmithing, which is how I became acquainted with the McCreight book in the first place. I'm slowly getting back into stuff like that. It's good for my peace of mind.
And I never have any trouble getting rid of GC's. You might check into B&N's used books if you can't bring yourself to buy new.
