PLEASE KEEP UNVACCINATED PUPPETS* OFF THE LOBBY FLOOR.

*PUPPIES

(Although that would have been a much more interesting visit to the vet.)

Remember: keep Pinocchio in your lap. At least until he turns into a real boy.

I'm going to have nightmares tonight about that unchecked puppet virus.

Just so you know.

Some of the cons I've been to could totally have used this sign.

Let me just say that I made a little screen capture of your misread and posted it on the author's facebook page it made Mr. Cooley's day. This thing may go viral!

Yay! (As opposed to the virus the puppets get.)

Do you know why that is?? (At least, partially) PARVO!!! Horrible illness. I had a puppy that was taken away from its mama too young, and thus didn't get the antibodies against it, and ended up contracting parvo from the vet's office before it was old enough to be vaccinated. It's one of those things that, once vaccinated for it, it's not a danger. Oh, but that poor puppy. We nearly lost him, but he pulled through.

Yes, I figured it had something to do with parvo for the puppies. And parvo is a VERY serious thing. I'm glad your little one pulled through.

Why the puppets had to be kept on peoples' laps is beyond me.

I wonder if the mistake was made and someone thought it was funny, or if no one noticed the mistake. ??? Too funny.

Oh no, darling, this is "Signs I thought I saw." I post these routinely because I am routinely misreading signs. It's a joke on me. Click on one of the tags to see the others.
