Happy anniversay, Min

One year ago today, Min moved into the house (as opposed to living in the yard or the garage). It's been a happy year because of her. I didn't spoil her rotten today because, frankly, I do that every day. I did, however, feed her people tuna for dinner. She was most appreciative.

Okay, so she's gotten a bit broader of beam than when she moved in. Like her mother, she prefers relaxing and reading the exercise.

That particular book is part of an academic series studying the history of witchcraft and magic in Europe (called, oddly enough, Witchcraft and Magic in Europe), and this particular volume deals with the 20th century.

I'm not sure what I am. I'm pagan-leaning. Mostly I'm just curious.

I call myself pagan, but I probably lean mostly toward buddhist philosophies. I guess unitarian is a good descriptor or spiritualist as well as pagan for me...lol.

Maybe what I really am is a Hooverist. I hoover up bits and pieces of philosophy that I like from everywhere. I'm not a Joiner of any kind, though. :-)

yeah, I'm not a joiner anymore...when I was 20 I was part of a women's full moon circle and coven...I loved it, but my philosophies have grown and expanded so much since.

Yep--it's why the rents/house prices are so obscene in the beach communities. That strip of land is pleasant and moderater while the rest of California freezes in winter and bakes in summer.
