It's a funny book. It's the sequel to Sir Apropos of Nothing which I avoided for a long time because I thought anything with such a corny title couldn't be good. But Peter David manages to do a hilarious send up of high fantasy and still tell a damned good story. In both books, imo. There's a third, Tong Lashing which I haven't read yet.
