Ha, yeah. I'm still shaking my head over the hoops we had to jump through in Cyprus when we needed some surveyor maps of my father-in-law's properties. We had to queue four times, once to get a number for the next queue. :p

Oy. It's even worse when it's government bureaucracies. The nightmare of applying for Medical (state sponsor medical coverage) for my mother! Like you said, queues for queues.
