With 20 minutes to go before the polls close in South Carolina, I thought I'd relay a dream I had last night:

Edwards won
Obama came in second
Hillary came in third

Of course, I also dreamed I was making sculptures out of fondant and Min turned into a bunny and nibbled on some.

ETA: Ha! According to the exit polls, wrong on all counts! I've been studying Min closely, too, but her ears don't appear to have grown really long.

If only your dream were a prophesy!

Sadly, I don't think the dude has a chance. I'm praying Hillary gets squashed and Obama proves me wrong about his corporate fidelity.

It's really sad that it has to be a dream where Edwards wins. *sigh*

Yeah... the best person doesn't always win.

Don't feel bad -- While I predicted the placement correctly, I was pretty far off on the numbers, too. The results may even be more of a surprise than New Hampshire's.

Yeah, it could very well be a moment that lives on for years.
