Things that made me happy meme - Day Seven

I was listening to Iz this weekend and all week long this song has been caught in my head, especially after I looked up this YouTube for a friend, but I don't mind. In fact, I listened to it again this afternoon. It's haunting and sad, but so beautiful that it makes me happy.


Things that made me happy: music.

Music is my sustenance. I love all kinds, require great variety. Well, maybe not the big production Country á la Garth Brooks, or Diva Music á la Celine Dion, and I know this makes me hopelessly old, but I don't like rap. Hip hop, yes. Polka, not so much, though I don't hate it. Mostly, most music makes me happy.

What a exquisitely beautiful and haunting song. I've played it five times in a row. I know IZ from his version of "Over the Rainbow" and "What a Wonderful World" but I had never heard this one.
It reminds me of something or some song that is just beyond the edge of my memory.
