Things that made me happy: compliments

Complimented on my necklace, told I was doing good work, and someone told me that today's quote of the day was especially meaningful to them. I always think the quotes will mean something to someone, even if they don't particularly speak to me. Most days I put 'em out there and hear nothing back, but occasionally someone will tell me they struck a cord, and that makes me feel good.

I'll have more thoughts on this happiness issue, but not today. Today I'll just have to be satisfied with making it through the eight days.

I don't usually comment, but I always enjoy the quotes!
Sometimes they're very on the mark, sometimes just amusing, but they're almost always interesting.
