It is springtime somewhere
Feb. 2nd, 2009 04:57 pmSaturday, January 31: our peach tree in the backyard decided that it's spring and all the little buds burst into blossom. Oh the smell! Such heady sweetness. I hope it doesn't freeze. The weather is supposed to get cold again.
For some reason I love taking pictures at sunset and dusk. The light is so heavy and rich, the contrasts so interesting. Below is the last shot I took. You can see the entire set here.
