I've come to the conclusion that I have a frighteningly small knowledge set of aerodynamics. Which makes it difficult to write about a balloon journey. One thing about writing first drafts: it really brings home where one's research is lacking. But then, the way I write, I often don't know what I need to research until I get there.

(I'll get bored with the metrics soon, but right now I'm all peppy about them.)
