Yup! He pretty much spanked the 22 year incumbent 57-43. I was expecting him to win, but... not that big. :-) This is the sort of win that can't be attributed to the tidal wave effect, like a 2-3 point win could have been. This was a pretty solid one.
I'm holding my breath. I want the Senate and it's coming down to the Talent/McCaskill race in Missouri, Webb/Allen in Virginia, Corker/Ford in Tennessee and Tester/Burns in Montana.
We lost Tenn but we won Missouri. Webb and Tester have slight leads and if they can hold them, then we will have the Senate too. But they must hold them.
The roommate and I were talking last night. I said, "I would have been happy if we'd just won the House." She said, "Me, too. But now I'm greedy. I want the Senate, too!" Weee!
