You probably heard by now--I had to go pick up dinner. He broke his back leg. They don't know if it's life-threatening, but almost certainly career-ending. Awful awful awful.
The right hind leg is fractured in two places, with stress being placed on the ankle. They're doing surgery now, but what they're really looking for is to see if the blood supply to the region has been damaged. Because if it is, then that injury stops just being career-ending and becomes life-threatening.
