Prolly more stimulants--the natural ones in the chocolate plus the sugar. Doesn't mean it's *healthier*--dark chocolate has all those nice anti-oxidants and less fat. It's a brain vs. body conundrum.
ooo, that makes me feel better. My brain is sharp and shiny (at least I tell it that it is and sucker that it is, it buys it), but the body, no matter how often I tell it that it is okay, someone has to go and stick a mirror in its path.
