Books purchased in December:
December is always a heavy month, book-buying wise. People who give me gifts have long-since tumbled to the fact that buying me book certificates makes me very, very happy, so I tend to clean up on those. Significantly, I decided to use some of my Amazon fundage to buy non-book things. As my TBR pile is now spilling out of the bookshelves designated for them, I thought it wiser.
I decided to collect the entire Mavin-Jinian-True Game cycle by Sherri S. Tepper because back in the olden days, I could never lay hands on them all and I wanted to read the whole saga as I remember them fondly. We'll see if they hold up after all this time.
I haven't decided if I'll keep a monthly tally of books purchased in 2010. I definitely won't be keeping a big long yearly list. The horror! The horror!
