I don't think I can let that pass without a caveat: That country would be the one that defends all the others and by saving them most of that expense, makes the health thing possible, or at least much easier. And we don't debar them from access to new drugs or new medical knowledge developed as a direct result of our entrepreneurial models. By which I don't mean we don't need reform, but simple direct comparisons don't provide an accurate picture.
