That's the problem I would have, too. Actually, I think it's almost as big as my bedroom. If I had that plus the built-in bookshelves I already have, I'd have to add an extension to the house as well.
Why are so many of those shelves so empty? Why is there a bunch of non-clothes in there? Where is the built-in ladder so no one has to stub her toes on boxes or stepstools?
One almost has the impression that the next photo will show three or four people in evening clothes with drinkies and a tray of "hor dervies" on a shelf, with the words: Closets. They're not just for clothes any more.
Maybe with futon rolled up one side and the words: "Make the most of your space" in fancy print over one corner.

Thank you! I can't see a real living person living out of that closet for long... ;-) I like the image of the tux and hor dervies.
I think the closet is as big as my bedroom and I have a queen sized bed, three dressers, a desk and a CD organizer in there (and I do have open floor space believe it or not!)
LOL, nope! Our room is 1952 small, but we have it laid out well. (I still wonder how we get everything and everyone crammed into our 980 square feet of house...)
If that was my crafting room, that would be great! That "closet" looks just about as big as the smallest bedroom in my house (which, incidentally, is my bedroom.)
1. Right now there is not enough room in my current "walk-in" closet to fit any of that organisational stuff. My next closet (currently under construction) will be almost half the size of the one pictured, and could have room for all that organisational froofy stuff. I could even manage a use for it.
2. It is not so much the organisational bits that are the sign of a disturbed mind, but rather what is being organised. Those clothing choices in the picture are disturbing. Fourteen pairs of shoes, no oxford shirts and only three dishwater-dull maid's uniforms? Oh dear...
3. Genuine ticky is genuine, and that is respectable.
4. George Clooney is the bomb, and I would choose him over Brad any day. However, my heart will always belong to Richard Armitage.
Definitely a room. The trouble with photographing my bookshelves is that the room is so small I can't get far enough back to fit them all in...but I'll try taking some pictures now that they're restocked (mostly) with books.

I was just going to say, "Do you have to trampoline across the bed to get from one side of the room to the other?"
