Writing talk of the day: I haven't been doing daily updates on The Novel because that sort of thing, and all such tubey things, tend to work against me. But it was a good week last week. An above-my-average word count each day, and again today.

Today's scene was a tearjerky one, and it either worked or I'm more hormonal than I thought. I am in the process of doing all the nasty stuff to my characters I've waited months to get to. Not with a happy heart, per se, but with a will.

And what Will was doing in my pajamas, I'll never know.

lol--probably first part of next week. I have to finish the latest chapter first, which it turns out is 31 not 30. Even I'm confused at this point.

You've got a ways to go. I am wrapping it up, though. I'm going to seriously need to rework and merge some chapters in the rewrites, though.
