Echoes in a Hollow Space

And so we come to the end of my collection of antique Christmas cards. Have the happiest possible holidays!



 

 

 

 

In my stash of old postcards I realized that I had 9 Christmas cards. I also realized that there were 9 days left until Christmas. When the numbers work out so magically, it's foolish to ignore them.

This one was sent to a fella with a nice Irish name. What I find particularly appealing about it is the date on the postmark and the hidden message. I'll let you find that on your own.



 

I found a stash of really old postcards. Inspired by the wonderful Twitter account PastPostcard I thought I'd post them here now and again. It's fascinating to get these glimpses of worlds and people gone by.
