Author's Guild, SFWA, MWA and I think a couple of others are already challenging S&S about this and cautioning authors not to sign these contracts.

It's a rights grab, plain and simple.

Yes, I must post pictures of the interesting skyline -- Victorian buildings are the most interesting creations. I'm imagining all sorts of hijinks on top of them.
