I'm there. I'm cleaning the house and doing laundry so Boy has enough clean clothes for camp. Tonight, we pack.

Did 700 new words on the novel, tho. People are bleeding and puking all over the place. Yay!

Yay for verbiage! I had one of my "I can't stand to look at this" days yesterday and took a break. Which may turn into a weekend off at the rate I'm going. And I'm so close to finishing! Ah well.

I've been housecleaning for guests, and my reward will be to read Territory by Emma Bull. (I'll read the NP book in a few weeks, when used book prices come way down.)

I pre-ordered it on Amazon...and yet it's not coming 'til July 31st. My worse-half went and bought it at the store today to flaunt it at me and has been reading it all day...as has one of our tenants downstairs, who is antsy because he can't talk with me about it.

But I can't be too upset. I was in the middle of rereading the series when Adrian was born and need to get back to it to finish before I read the last one. I've now got 10 days to get through books 4-6. hehe

I was at work. I had to work a six day week this week and yes I got time and a half but I DIDN'T want to be there. I am now too tired to write or crit and am in the process of downing a nice cold beer.

My treat for tonight will be the thought that I can oversleep tomorrow if I want. It doesn't usually work as I seem to wake up naturally at about 5:45.

If I do wake up early it will be just as well as I have to format the front page of the town news. The rest is more or less done but I like to save the front page to the last minute in case something good comes up. Who said I had a life?
