Life is suffering, isn't it.

Sometimes it's a balance, but I can't ever believe the "life is wonderful/power of positive thinking" types. This is the learning ground. We are meant to exist right where we are and sometimes that's a happy place, sometimes a hard place, most times just what it is. I don't believe in Hell, except the hells of our own making

Its the learning that's tough sometimes. Perhaps doesn't have to be. But its just that it has been my experience that pain accompanies growth.

I like when you wrote "I don't believe in Hell, except the hells of our own making." Our fears and anxieties feed these hells. Its a lesson I always need to remember.
