Its the learning that's tough sometimes. Perhaps doesn't have to be. But its just that it has been my experience that pain accompanies growth.

I like when you wrote "I don't believe in Hell, except the hells of our own making." Our fears and anxieties feed these hells. Its a lesson I always need to remember.
