Most Laughed At

Thanks to the lovely and talented merebrillante I viewed this video, which shows Most Haunted doing a splendid job of spoofing itself. (But then, doesn't it always?) If you are at work, you may want to turn the sound down a bit for this one, but just a little.

That led me to explore more YouTube videos of the show's frauds and spoofs. I'd like to share a couple I found particularly noteworthy. First up, a dead-on parody by the inestimable French and Saunders. It had me chuckling with recognition and appreciation.

Next, one that had me rolling on the floor, crying with laughter. That's because I am a low-born individual who deeply appreciates crude humor. This video is not for those who do not appreciate humor centering around bodily functions, and probably not best viewed at work, but it is a scream. Literally. I particularly like the reaction shot from the dog, although it's really hard to choose amongst its many, many low lights.

Oh God, I think I hurt myself on the last one. It was the combination of haughty British accents and the, ah, variety and expressiveness of the sound effects that had me weeping with laughter. Then the dog looks up...
